On Saturday, June 8, 2013, the first annual South King County Veterans Resource Fair & Stand Down will take place at Green River Community College in Auburn. This event supports our Veteran groups including at-risk and homeless veterans and their families by providing resources and services such as employment, housing, access to free counseling, legal advice, medical and dental assistance, food, and other social and human services.

We are asking you to stand with us and our veterans in 2013. We graciously invite you to take part in providing a hand up to our brothers and sisters in arms. It is our goal to reach those veterans who have stumbled and are in need of assistance to get back on their feet. Part of this effort will continue to focus on resources for women veterans.
