Campaña Quetzal believes solutions will come through harnessing leadership in the Seattle area, in particular parent leadership, as a means of addressing institutionalized racism thus making Seattle educational institutions more successful for Latinos and students of all colors. The summit operates under the fiscal responsibility of El Centro de la Raza. Sponsors include: Consejo, Latino/a Educational Achievement Project, Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction.
