Comcast Cares Day of Service with El Centro de la Raza – Comcast employees in Seattle will join El Centro de la Raza to paint, landscape, clean up grounds, wash windows and perform general maintenance at El Centro’s headquarters in Seattle. Their volunteer efforts will be part of the fourth annual Comcast Cares Day, a national program bringing together nearly 30,000 Comcast employees in 32 states and the District of Columbia for a company-wide day of community service. Last year’s event drew more than 25,000 Comcast employees who worked on 228 projects in communities served by the company.
Photo Opportunities: 170 volunteers of all ages are expected to join together at El Centro de la Raza. Nothing makes a better photo opportunity then a small child with a paintbrush. |
