For those people who are looking for a rewarding volunteering experience with helping dedicated individuals learn English, our ESL program may be for you. The classes are on Level 1 ESL material and they are in conjunction with Seattle Central Community College. Summary of critical information:

• Attend at least one of the two classes each week, on Monday and Wednesday, 6:00pm-8:45pm.
• Three-month commitment is required.
• Tutors should be dependable, patient, have effective communication and tutoring skills, and have the ability and desire to motivate individuals to improve their skills.
• Spanish is not required, but it is very helpful.
