For those people who are looking for a rewarding volunteering experience with helping our Home Ownership Instructors assist people with the steps for becoming a first time home owner, this program may be for you. We are looking for knowledgeable individuals to assist with our Home Ownership classes and also work to develop materials on financial literacy. Summary of critical information:

• Volunteers should be dependable, patient, have effective communication and teaching skills, and have the ability and desire to motivate individuals to improve their skills.
• Assist with the Home Ownership Program during the week. Those hours are flexible.
• Volunteers should be dependable, patient, have effective communication and teaching skills, and have the ability and desire to motivate individuals to improve their skills.
• Knowledge of home ownership issues and regulations, or bank financing; or an interest in receiving some training in those areas.
• Spanish is required.
