For those people who are looking for a rewarding volunteering experience with helping elderly people and homeless individuals who participate in our Hot Meals plan, our La Cocina program may be for you. Volunteers assist with serving and storing food, kitchen clean up, and providing general assistance to the La Cocina staff. Summary of critical information:

• Must have food handlers permit.
• Must come at least once a week; Monday - Friday, 9am - 1:30pm.
• Spanish is not required, but it is very helpful.
