January's theme in the Jose Marti Child Development Center is "Heroes". The children are learning and celebrating the work of Martin Luther King, Jr., Rosa Parks, Cesar Chavez and Jose Marti. In honor of the birthdays of MLK (January 15) and Jose Marti (January 28) this month, the children made art projects framing each of the four heroes' pictures. See for yourself!
